You will always receive the decision by email from the Admissions Committee and if we, CuraBon, submit the application for you, it will also go to your personal email address. After receiving this email, you can convert the decision into the actual declaration by law. This is done by means of a stamp in your passport.
You can make an appointment for this with the Admissions Committee via this website: https://toelatingsorganisatie.caagsoftware.com/public/tickets/reservations/select?new=true&event_type=activity&event_id=&forced_locale=nl
The day you have the appointment, you bring all the documents that you had to submit to us for the submission together with the decision that you received by email. You will then receive a stamp in your passport and that is your actual declaration by law.
If you don't do this, you will still be able to enter and leave the island, but you will not officially have the declaration of law and you will not be able to register as a citizen of Curaçao if that is the next step for you.
